Not all councils consider Permitted Development Rights (PDR) so worth asking if they do.
We will add to this list as and when we fund new deals.
This is the main Government site for everything planning related and is a good place to start if you are new to property development.

Do your homework. Not all councils allow Permitted Development and not every council is quick at making planning decisions. The pre-funding stage of your project is probably the most important so make sure you take your time, plan and get it right.
