Our various team members have years of experience in the financial services industry. However, none of us have important sounding titles and none of us have read Modern Languages at Oxford, so we are clever but no too clever for our own good.
We have worked ‘on both sides of the fence’ as brokers, commercial bankers and lenders so we fully understand the challenges faced by modern intermediaries.
Our job is to make your life that little bit easier by allowing you to concentrate on your core business, whilst we take care of what we are good at; commercial property finance.
Think of us as the out-sourced admin arm of your business
We will do all the work on your deal but only if you want us to. Property finance can be a complex affair, particularly residential or commercial development finance, so we can do everything needed on the case to get it to completion, including liaising with the borrower directly but it’s your call if we do or not.
We are here to help in any way we can.
We do things quickly. That includes sourcing the right funding at the right rates, completing the deal and paying you your commission as soon as the loan pays out. Efficiency is everything in this business and something which we take very seriously. You may find other brokers ‘sitting’ on a deal for a few weeks but not us.
No messing about. We pay you 50% of whatever we get paid by the lender for completing the deal. We don’t charge broker fees so it is a simple as us receiving a procuration fee from a lender and splitting it with you.
We also don’t differentiate between the amount of work you do either. Whether you package the whole application or simply give us a name and a number, we still pay you 50% of the total earnings on the deal.
All of our fee structures are open for inspection and analysis.
You will enjoy working with us. We are straight to the point and friendly but not in a ‘in your face’ type way, there is not an an ego amongst any of us and we are always happy to meet for a tipple of your choice. Oh and we are pretty good at what we do too.
